Adding A Creative Flair To A CX Agency.

Born out of a need to redefine the agency-client relationship, Tandem Theory was founded nine years ago and built on the principles of creating omnichannel seamless customer experiences that inspire and engage. Tandem has maniacal marketing sensibilities combined with a tech-savviness and creative flair not often found within a single agency. Not only did we apply this methodology with our clients, but with the Tandem brand itself.


 

As one of the four who helped mold this startup to what it is today, my role as the Creative Director for the Tandem brand included building and nurturing a talented creative team, who supported our original ideas from concepts to completion. We were able to craft the Tandem brand in a unique style to help stay ahead of industry trends while inspiring the brands we’ve collaborated with.
